DESCRIPTION:Exodus 5:2 And Pharaoh said\, Who is the LORD that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD\, neither will I let Israel go. (KJV) \nAre you causing the enemy to fear God? \nSometimes the devil can try your life. It is his job. In those times\, if you don’t require the enemy to understand who your God is\, he won’t back up. \nLuke 4:8 And Jesus replied to him\, Get behind Me\, Satan! It is written\, You shall do homage to and worship the Lord your God\, and Him only shall you serve. (AMPC) \nYou can’t stand before the devil like the cowardly lion. You have to know who the God you serve is. \nDeuteronomy 10:17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords\, the great\, the mighty\, the terrible God\, Who is not partial and takes no bribe. (AMPC) \nExodus 15:7-8 In the greatness of Your majesty You overthrow those rising against You. You send forth Your fury; it consumes them like stubble. 8 With the blast of Your nostrils the waters piled up\, the floods stood fixed in a heap\, the deeps congealed in the heart of the sea. (AMPC) \nJeremiah 10:6 There is none like You\, O Lord; You are great\, and great is Your mighty and powerful name. (AMP) \nRevelation 22:13  “I am the Alpha and the Omega\, the First and the Last\, the Beginning and the End [the Eternal One].” (AMP) \nThe God you serve is\, was\, and Who is to come. He is your strong tower; you can run to Him and be safe. The devil should fear God because you read the end of the story. \nRevelation 22:3-5 And there shall be no curse anymore: and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be therein: and his servants shall serve him; and they shall see his face; and his name shall be on their foreheads. And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp\, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. (KJV) \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for prompting me to understand how to resist the enemy. I want him to flee. I repent for shaking like the cowardly lion in the Wizard of Oz as if the devil is stronger than You. I have nothing to fear. I will live my life making sure he understands I know the reason he should fear the God I serve. No weapon formed against me will prosper. What an awe inspiring fact to stand on. What a confidence-building place to be in. I am no longer afraid. I am no longer worried. I am just excited. I stand every day\, in full armor\, engaged and ready for whatever the day brings because You flung the stars and set the earth in motion. You parted the Red Sea. You raised Jesus from the dead and You live in me. The devil needs to be afraid\, very afraid…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:
