DESCRIPTION:Revelation 14:7 Saying with a loud voice\, Fear God\, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven\, and earth\, and the sea\, and the fountains of waters. (KJV) \nWho do you fear? \nThe hour of the Lord’s judgment is coming. God will judge those who have openly said they do not and will not serve Him along with the god they do serve.  \n2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear and be revealed as we are before the judgment seat of Christ\, so that each one may receive [his pay] according to what he has done in the body\, whether good or evil [considering what his purpose and motive have been\, and what he has achieved\, been busy with\, and given himself and his attention to accomplishing]. (AMPC) \nAs you look around\, yes\, there are senseless deaths\, newer and more devastating diseases\, wars outside and inside the country\, more opportunities to cater to any and every fleshly lust imaginable. Those who worship money and do not honor God for His blessings seem to be victorious. It may appear as if the devil is winning.  \nJeremiah 12:1 You\, O Lord are [uncompromisingly] righteous and consistently just when I plead my case with You; Yet let me discuss issues of justice with You: Why has the way of the wicked prospered? Why are those who deal in treachery (deceit) at ease and thriving? (AMP) \nThere may even be times when you feel mistreated because you name the name of Christ. You may also feel as if you are being constantly tested; the enemy is trying to see if there is something he could do to make you turn your back on God. Well\, you are right\, on both counts.  \n1 Peter 4:12-13 Beloved friends\, if life gets extremely difficult\, with many tests\, don’t be bewildered as though something strange were overwhelming you. 13 Instead\, continue to rejoice\, for you\, in a measure\, have shared in the sufferings of the Anointed One so that you can share in the revelation of his glory and celebrate with even greater gladness! (TPT) \nWhen you look at all that is going on in the world and you feel yourself fearing what the enemy will do next. Stop yourself. You don’t have to be afraid. Fear is a strategy of the devil; don’t fall into his trap.  \nJohn 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled\, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] (AMPC) \nHave peace in knowing judgment is coming. God will get the victory over the spirit of the anti-Christ\, who has caused the unsaved to resist God’s truth and who has persecuted those who love the Lord.  \nRevelation 20:10 And the devil who had deceived them was hurled into the lake of fire and burning brimstone (sulfur)\, where the beast (Antichrist) and false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night\, forever and ever. (AMP) \nThe only fear you should have is the reverential fear of the God of judgement because of His power\, dominion\, and greatness. There is no need to fear what the enemy might do.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I know media outlets\, information feeds\, and all the other many sources I could choose to get news from create fear by design. They do it in order to control the readers and listeners. It is one of the devil’s greatest weapons. I understand he works tirelessly in his efforts to make it appear as if he has the last say. I repent for thinking if I don’t read or listen to the news\, I would be fine. You have taught me I need to know what is being said\, so I will know how to pray. Now I read or listen to what is going on\, and I pray. I am not afraid\, worried or distressed. Instead\, I give You thanks. I know You have the victory. The news only gives the information they want us to have to generate a specific response. It is up to me to bombard heaven on behalf of those in the story. I also will tell the end of the story; You win. It does not matter what the devil tried to do. It does not matter how the reporters’ story shows his victory. You have the final say. I will speak of Your victory now and forever. You will judge the devil along with those who attach themselves to him. When this earthly life is over\, as Your child\, I will receive power and dominion as I live on this earth. My hope and my confidence are in You. Only fear is the reverence I have for You… \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:
