(TPT\, edited) \nDo you realize the Holy Spirit is interceding for you? \nAre there times when you want to pray about your situation and you just don’t know what to say? Do you think you have an idea about what God is doing\, yet you are not 100% positive? If so\, be at peace. Rest on the fact that the Holy Spirit knows what is in your heart and also knows what is in the heart of the Father. He is the perfect advocate and the best counselor. The Holy Spirit can minister to you while pleading your case. He does not fumble with words or a lack of understanding about what is going on. He has the big picture. \nJohn 14:16 And I will ask the Father\, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter\, Advocate\, Intercessor—Counselor\, Strengthener\, Standby)\, to be with you forever. (AMP) \nYou can choose to take advantage of the blessing available to you through His intercession\, at any time. It does not matter if you have made a mess of things. The Holy Spirit is always available to you and advocates for you. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for the Holy Spirit who makes intercession for me. I thank You mostly because He helps me realize I just don’t have the big picture. I repent for thinking I ever had the solution to the problem without getting it from You. If You handled my situations the way I thought You should; I could not number the additional disasters that would have to be resolved. I thank You for Your heart for me. The thoughts You have for me are good and not evil; You have an expected end for my life. You designed my path\, and You laid it out. You order my steps. You intervened when I did not know it. You have my future orchestrated. You are making things happen I won’t know about fully until I am living in the results\, my “suddenly” moments. I stand on Your knowledge\, Your love and Your plan. You love me and know want what’s best for me. When I forget\, You hold the world in Your hands; when I forget You are Alpha and Omega; thank You for the Holy Spirit. (KJV) \nHow deep do your roots go? \nWhen you hear a word that truly ministers to you; it is the enemy’s job to steal it. Your job is to fight to hold on to it. You cannot allow situations in your life to make you think the word is not true\, or it is not true for you.  \nJames 1:12 If your faith remains strong\, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties\, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test with faith\, and receive the victorious crown of life promised to every lover of God! (TPT) \nYou have an arsenal of weapons available to you. Your study\, prayer\, and worship have rooted you in the word. You are not ignorant of satan’s devices\, specifically the ones he uses against you. He can’t catch you unaware unless you have not fully armed yourself.  \nJeremiah 17:7-8 “Blessed [with spiritual security] is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord And whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord. 8 For he will be [nourished] like a tree planted by the waters\, That spreads out its roots by the river; And will not fear the heat when it comes; But its leaves will be green and moist. And it will not be anxious and concerned in a year of drought Nor stop bearing fruit”. (AMP) \nArm yourself! Not for the day\, stay armed forever\, and hold on to the truth!    \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for rooting me and grounding me in Your truth. I thank You because Your word does not change based on my situation. I repent for acting as if it did. When the enemy comes to steal the word\, to whisper doubt\, and cause me to struggle; I can stand on the truth. I can cast down the imaginations the enemy tries to place in my mind. I can reject the image the devil shows me of myself based on a mistake. I am who You say I am. Thank You for Your word\, because it arms me and gives me strength. Jesus died for and provided the connection in my spirit\, allowing the word to take root and to grow in me. That same connection causes me to grow in You. I will continue to cultivate my roots as they grow stronger and sink deeper and deeper into You word…  \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:
