SUMMARY:1 John 3:19
DESCRIPTION:1 John 3:19 In this we know that our beingness is sourced in that which is really true about us; our doing good is not phony or make-believe; this is who we are in God’s sight and in his belief! (TMB) \nAre you too good to be true? \nYou are being trained by the Holy Spirit to walk in a place where you no longer have just the “form of godliness”\, you walk in the power and authority of God as well. \nJohn 14:12 “I tell you this timeless truth: The person who follows me in faith\, believing in me\, will do the same mighty miracles that I do—even greater miracles than these because I go to be with my Father”! (TPT) \nYou have to know and believe in what God has done and is continuing to do in your life. You are being changed from glory to glory. Look at your responses today as compared to what they were a week\, a month\, or a year ago. Those changes represent God standing up in you. \n2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is\, grafted in\, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior]\, he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold\, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]. (AMP) \nIt does not matter if you are surrounded by people who say things like\, “That’s not real\, nobody is that nice\, or that happy.” You walk in confidence and peace\, not through pretense or for the praise of men. You walk in this place because the power of God transformed you. \n2 Corinthians 3:4-5 Such is the reliance and confidence that we have through Christ toward and with reference to God. 5 Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us\, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God. (AMPC) \nAll praise to God\, not because of what you do or don’t do\, because of who you are in Him! \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You because my worship is real. I live my life to give You glory. I understand I am sometimes misinterpreted and misunderstood. For whatever part I play in the confusion\, I repent. The enemy is always trying to plant the thought of some hidden agenda behind how I live my life. I also repent for allowing him to make me think I have to prove who I am to You. I love You. It is not phony and I know You see into my heart. I can’t fool You. There is no other way for me to show You how much I love You than through the life I live. How I walk through the tough times and what I say when I am being pressed. My actions show the world; not who I am\, they show Who You are. Thank You for every opportunity to amaze me and others. I don’t want to misrepresent You ever. My life\, and how I live it\, expresses my gratitude. My prayer is that I please You…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:1 John 2:1
DESCRIPTION:1 John 2:1 My darling little children\, the reason I write these things to you is so that you will not believe a lie about yourselves! If anyone does believe a distorted image to be their reality\, we have Jesus Christ who defines our likeness face to face with the Father! He is our parakletos\, the one who endorses our true identity\, being both the source and the reflection of the Father’s image in us! (TMB) \nAre you looking at a distorted image of yourself? \nIf you sin\, does that mean you are not really saved? Absolutely not. This is one of the fundamental attacks against you the devil uses. He starts the first moment you get saved. The devil will actively and continually attack the truth of your salvation. He wants to stop you before you ever get started. Then you are no threat. Why would the Lord allow it? You are being tested and you need to know what you believe. If you waiver at the first attack\, you are not ready for an assignment yet. You certainly won’t be able to take on engagements that require  “Special Forces” tactics. Now you know the reason for the attack. Make the strategy the enemy is using ineffective. You are preparing for war. To have a clear image of yourself\, you must be sure of your salvation. \nThere are no tricks or steps to be saved. \nActs 2:21 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. (NKJV) \nEphesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort]\, but it is the [undeserved\, gracious] gift of God; 9 not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law]\, so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation]. (AMP) \nI am saved \nRomans 10:9-10 because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power\, authority\, and majesty as God]\, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead\, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart a person believes [in Christ as Savior] resulting in his justification [that is\, being made righteous—being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]; and with the mouth he acknowledges and confesses [his faith openly]\, resulting in and confirming [his] salvation. (AMP) \nI have eternal life. \n1 John 5:11 And the testimony is this: God has given us eternal life [we already possess it]\, and this life is in His Son [resulting in our spiritual completeness\, and eternal companionship with Him]. 12 He who has the Son [by accepting Him as Lord and Savior] has the life [that is eternal]; he who does not have the Son of God [by personal faith] does not have the life. (AMP) \nI am not alone \nJohn 14:16 And I will ask the Father\, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter\, Advocate\, Intercessor—Counselor\, Strengthener\, Standby)\, to be with you forever (AMP) \nI am equipped \n2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction\, for conviction [of sin]\, for correction [of error and restoration to obedience]\, for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will\, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]; 17 so that the man of God may be complete and proficient\, outfitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work. (AMP) \nJesus died for my salvation and for all my sins: past\, present\, and future. \nHebrews 9:26 Otherwise\, He would have needed to suffer over and over since the foundation of the world; but now once for all at the consummation of the ages He has appeared and been publicly manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. (AMP) \nRemember\, your salvation is a function of your confession. It is not a feeling; it is a fact. To fight this attack and be successful\, you have to “know” Jesus is on your side. You are being changed into the image of God\, day by day. Some days you reflect on your walk\, you can see the hand of God and identify major changes have happened in your life. Some days when the enemy catches you in a moment of weakness and you will slip\, you see yourself as if no changes have happened at all. Remember\, in both instances\, this is as far as you can see. Always make sure you are looking with the eyes of the Father with a clear\, not distorted view. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, my salvation is a difficult thing for me to wrap my head around. I am not saved because of something I did. I am saved because of what Jesus did. No matter what I do\, I can’t undo what Jesus did. Though my heart is toward You\, sometimes I stumble; I falter; I slip and I behave in a way not indicative of someone who loves You. Father\, I thank You I’m not lost in those moments. You don’t throw me away. Jesus died and made forgiveness available to me always. I just have to ask. Jesus bought and paid for my forgiveness with His death on the cross. I just needed to repent. I can’t really understand how or why. I can only say thank You. I will not allow the enemy to convince me You would turn me away. I will especially not allow the enemy to convince me I am not really Yours. He will not stop me from doing what You have called me to do with lies about who I am and what I possess through salvation. I am saved! I will continue to come to You and confess my wrongs. I will continue to seek You and thank You. I will continue to do everything I can do with my life to say\, I love You and I’m grateful…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Matthew 27:51
DESCRIPTION:Matthew 27:51 And\, behold\, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake\, and the rocks rent; (KJV) \nIs the veil still in place in your life? \nA veil is most often used to conceal what is underneath. The devil is good at placing veils over your eyes and your heart. \n2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is [in some sense] hidden [behind a veil]\, it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing; 4 among them the god of this world [Satan] has blinded the minds of the unbelieving to prevent them from seeing the illuminating light of the gospel of the glory of Christ\, who is the image of God (AMP) \nThe devil is not more powerful than God. \n2 Corinthians 4:6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness\, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (AMP) \nIs there anything that could stop God from granting you access to Him? How far would He go? The answer is\, there is nothing that could stop Him from being available to you. He went all the way to the death of His only son\, that’s how far. It is really unimaginable\, the majesty and the power. He revealed The Holy of Holies to everyone. No longer separated in the outer court. You have entry into the mercy seat. \nRomans 3:25 Whom God put forward [before the eyes of all] as a mercy seat and propitiation by His blood [the cleansing and life-giving sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation\, to be received] through faith. This was to show God’s righteousness\, because in His divine forbearance He had passed over and ignored former sins without punishment. (AMPC) \nJesus’ crucifixion tore the veil that hid God’s true image. His resurrection\, which made provision for salvation\, tore the veil separating you from the Lord as well. Make sure you have not allowed the devil to put it back. Shake yourself at the root and break up the stones in your heart. Purpose to walk in the authority and power that Jesus’ death bought. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, You are not hidden behind a veil. Thank You for freedom and access to You. Nothing separates me from You. As I’m praying\, I think about the things I wish I had done differently. I repent for the wrong choices. If I could\, turn back time\, I would not make the mistakes and You would not have had to know what they were. I would erase every thought and every word I said that was not pleasing to You. I can’t and You know everything\, my actions\, my thoughts and my words. You have always had access to me. And even as I am praying\, You are reminding me; I don’t have to turn back time. You’ve already but every mistake into the sea of forgetfulness. To say I am appreciative is not enough. I’m grateful doesn’t get it done. Thank You does not measure up. I don’t have words. I need You to please look into my heart and see I am glad You know what is there. I will still say\, Thank You Father. You have given me deeper revelation of my access to You. There is power and authority in Your presence\, which I can call upon only when I stand pure before You\, not trying to hide anything. I must confess all\, then You can forgive me and cleanse me. I want the treasure You placed within me to be revealed. Please continue to shake me until everything that is not like You falls off. Thank You for it…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:John 14:6
DESCRIPTION:John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him\, I am the way\, the truth\, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father\, but by me. (KJV) \nWhich way are you walking in? \nTrains run on tracks monitored by the traffic operations center\, driven by the engineer and coordinated by the conductor. Though the conductor has overall responsibility for the train\, sometimes things happen the conductor is not aware of. Then\, the traffic operations center determines what needs to be done. It could be a reduction of speed\, dropping some weight\, switching to another track\, etc. The traffic operations center notifies the conductor and can even change what track the train is on by triggering a railroad switch called a turnout. The traffic operations center activates the switch\, if the train needs to change\, and the train can safely transfer from one track to another. The engineer’s job is to make sure the train moves when and if directed to do so\, in order for the train to get to its destination safely and at the appointed time. \nThe Father owns the tracks and is at work in your life with Jesus\, your traffic operations center. The Holy Spirit is the conductor\, and you are the engineer on the train called your Christian walk. \nPsalm 1 Blessed (happy\, fortunate\, prosperous\, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice\, their plans and purposes]\, nor stands [submissive and inactive] in the path where sinners walk\, nor sits down [to relax and rest] where the scornful [and the mockers] gather. 2 But his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord\, and on His law (the precepts\, the instructions\, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and by night. (AMPC) \nYou are to make sure all aspects of your life are working to glorify God. God will test you. You will either pass or fail every day. As the conductor\, you use your body\, your mind and your spirit to drive the train. The body\, and all the lusts that entice it\, has to be disciplined\, through prayer and fasting. \nIsaiah 58:6 “[Rather] is this not the fast which I choose\, To undo the bonds of wickedness\, To tear to pieces the ropes of the yoke\, To let the oppressed go free And break apart every [enslaving] yoke”? (AMP) \nYour mind will war against what the Lord commands and desires because you want what you want. If left unchecked\, you win\, not the will of God. \n2 Corinthians 10:5-6 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture\, like prisoners of war\, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One. 6 Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry\, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion\, as soon as you choose complete obedience. (TPT) \nSalvation created the spiritual connection (the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11). You cannot live the life God designed for you if you are not listening\, at all times. Discipline yourself and fine tune your ears\, because the Lord is speaking to you at all times. \nIsaiah 30:21 And your ears will hear a word behind you\, saying\, This is the way; walk in it\, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left. (AMPC) \nEvery time your train is running\, and a change needs to be made\, Jesus\, who is always making intercession for you\, signals you through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit lets you know you need to stop\, slow down\, switch to a new track\, change what you are doing and/or how you are doing it\, etc. With the Holy Spirit’s guidance\, you can accept the change and choose Jesus\, no matter what He requires\, every day. However\, you are in control\, and you don’t have to. \nProverbs 16:25 There is a way which seems right to a man and appears straight before him\, But its end is the way of death (AMP) \nChoose wisely. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, even though I know You’ve already planned every step in my life\, I sometimes look at my situation and try to plan what I should do next. I repent. Even though I have history showing me there were ways that seemed right to me\, I also have history that shows what I thought was the right way turned out to be the wrong way. Yet\, I still try to plan. Again\, Father\, please forgive me. Help me allow Jesus to be my traffic operations center and trigger the junction switch. He alone can keep me on the path leading to You. I thank You for loving me enough to order my steps. I thank You for teaching me how to bring my flesh under submission to Your word. I thank You because my mind is not ruling my activities. If I am willing and obedient\, my spirit\, the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead\, determines my actions. I will stay close to You in order to see the glory that You ordained for my life. I am most grateful because when I miss it\, and I will\, You can flip the switch and get me back on the right path…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Romans 3:25
DESCRIPTION:Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood\, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past\, through the forbearance of God; (KJV) \nCan you see the love of God? \nThe greatest demonstration of God’s love and mercy is Jesus. \nJohn 3:16 For God so loved the world\, that he gave his only begotten Son\, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish\, but have everlasting life. (KJV) \nBecause of the blood of Jesus\, your sins are forgiven. There is nothing the enemy can hold over your head. \nHebrews 8:12 For I will demonstrate my mercy to them and will forgive their evil deeds\, and never remember again their sins. (TPT) \nWhen the devil comes to remind you of your past\, you can tell him about your future. \nRevelation 21:4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death\, nor sorrow\, nor crying. There shall be no more pain\, for the former things have passed away. (NKJV) \nYou can also tell him about his future. \nRevelation 20:10 The devil\, who deceived them\, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. (NKJV) \nGratitude flows because you know God did not demand a sacrifice from you. He provided the sacrifice himself. When you think about it\, all you can see is God’s love for you. You may tell yourself you are running hard after God because you love Him and you want to please Him. The reality is: God is running hard after you. He has been from the beginning. \nJohn 15:16a You did not choose Me\, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit. (NKJV) \nRomans 5:8 But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us\, by the fact that while we were still sinners\, Christ died for us. (AMP) \nLive your life so others can see the love of God in you. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, when I met You\, I was very young. It never occurred to me I needed to understand love. As I grew older\, I thought I knew what love was. I used what my parents showed me as an example. Now I know I really didn’t know love. I could never compare Your love to any love I had experienced. I thought I could\, and I even tried to. I repent; I was wrong. As I embrace Your teaching and try to understand what You did for me through Jesus’ death\, love takes on a whole new meaning. You made provision for me to come to You. You knew I would stumble. You knew I would not choose You. You worked it out. There’s nothing I can say that would completely express what is in my heart. I just don’t have the words. Though I cannot express what I feel\, I can\, and I do open my heart to You. I will spend the rest of my life reaching for You and trying to understand Your love. I want You to see how much I appreciate Your love by the life that I lead. When I look up love in the Webster’s dictionary; it is wrong. There should be a picture of Jesus hanging on the cross. You required nothing of me\, and You gave me all\, that’s love!…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Hebrews 7:25
DESCRIPTION:Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him\, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. (KJV) \nAre you sure of the complete work of Jesus? \nPartly saved is like being partly pregnant. There is no “almost or part-way” with the Lord Almighty. He saved you completely. There is nothing left undone. \nJohn 19:28\, 30 Jesus\, seeing that everything had been completed so that the Scripture record might also be complete\, then said\, “I’m thirsty.” 30 After he took the wine\, Jesus said\, “It’s done . . . complete.” Bowing his head\, he (voluntarily) offered up his spirit. (MSG\, edited) \nHold on to this scripture when the enemy tries to make you think there is something you have to do in addition to what God has already done. God’s mercy saved you. There was nothing you could have done. \nTitus 3:5 He saved us\, not because of any works of righteousness that we have done\, but because of His own compassion and mercy\, by the cleansing of the new birth (spiritual transformation\, regeneration) and renewing by the Holy Spirit. (AMP) \nBecause Jesus finished the work\, when you cry to the Father\, in your time of need\, He hears you. There is nothing in your past to keep Him from intervening. Salvation wiped your slate clean\, and repentance keeps it clean. You have this blessed assurance\, and it is crucial when you are warring for yourself and on the behalf of others. Stand on the word. \nRomans 6:4-6 We have therefore been buried with Him through baptism into death\, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory and power of the Father\, we too might walk habitually in newness of life [abandoning our old ways]. 5 For if we have become one with Him [permanently united] in the likeness of His death\, we will also certainly be [one with Him and share fully] in the likeness of His resurrection. 6 We know that our old self [our human nature without the Holy Spirit] was nailed to the cross with Him\, in order that our body of sin might be done away with\, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. (AMP) \nAs you continue on your journey with the Lord\, whether you are the planter\, or the one who is watering; remember to speak this to encourage someone else. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for assuring me of my salvation. I repent for thinking there was something I could do or not do that could change what You have already done. You have given me Your unshakable assurance. If I repent\, there is nothing I could have done\, am doing now\, or ever will do\, You wouldn’t forgive. I thank You because I can walk on the path You set for me\, with Your assurance. I know You have ordained for me to speak to people as I travel along. Not only do they need to hear the words that I speak\, they need to feel Your presence in the truth of them. There is no gift given\, in the past\, present\, or future\, that is greater than the gift of Your love. It is available to anyone who wants it. To let a dying world know the truth of Your love\, I must live a crucified life. I must live the word and demonstrate it by faith. I have to adhere to it\, rely on it\, and completely trust in it. When I am faithful to do as You command\, those who I come in contact with won’t have to be convinced. They will immediately sense Your love and desire it for themselves…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Romans 8:34
DESCRIPTION:Romans 8:34 What further ground can there possibly be to condemn man? In his death\, he faced our judgment; in his resurrection he reveals our righteousness; the implications cannot be undone! He now occupies the highest seat of authority as the executive of our redemption in the throne room of God. (TMB) \nAre you being swayed by your cheers or boos? \nDo you sometimes feel as though you live in a fishbowl? Do you think you are being judged and evaluated with each statement you make and/or action you take? Well\, to some degree\, you are. There are those who watch you to see the right things you do. \nTitus 2:7 Titus\, you have to set a good example for everyone. Go out of your way to do what is right\, speak the truth with the weight and authority that come from an honest and pure life. No one can argue with that. (TVT) \nThere are those who watch you waiting for you to do something wrong. \nRomans 8:33-34 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died\, and furthermore is also risen\, who is even at the right hand of God\, who also makes intercession for us. (NKJV) \nIf you are not careful\, one side or both will influence you. You don’t want your behavior to feed off of either. You are more mature than that. \nEphesians 4:14 So then\, we may no longer be children\, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine\, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of unscrupulous men\, [gamblers engaged] in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead. (AMPC) \nYou want to live your life knowing God\, and God alone will judge you. \n2 Corinthians 5:10 In time we will all stand in judgment before the throne of the Anointed\, the Liberating King\, to receive what is just for our conduct (whether it be good or bad) while we lived in this temporary body. (TVT) \nFor those who are looking for you to do something wrong in order to criticize\, you don’t have to be bothered. You know there is no condemnation to them who are in Christ and you can stand on that. For those who think you are one step away from heaven\, remind them that all of your righteousness is as filthy rags. \nGalatians 1:10 Do you think I care about the approval of men or about the approval of God? Do you think I am on a mission to please people? If I am still spinning my wheels trying to please men\, then there is no way I can be a servant of the Anointed One\, the Liberating King. (TVT) \nThere is joy and victory for you and the opportunity to see the power of God for your spectators if you keep this balance in your life. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for trusting me to be Your ambassador while I am on this earth. I understand when a person looks at me; they get a glimpse of who I say You are. I know my life is being watched and evaluated by those who love You\, those who don’t love You\, and those who don’t even know You. Thank You for giving me balance and maturing me. I repent for those times the praise swayed me and the criticism daunted me. Thank You for giving me the strength and the courage to only listen to and alter my actions based on what You say about met. Only You can see into my heart. You\, and You alone\, are qualified to evaluate my actions. I am trying to live a life that is open for You to evaluate and when You do; You are pleased. You are the one who can straighten me up\, can fix me when I’ve gone wrong and help me learn to do what is right. You are the ruler of heaven and earth. You control who goes to hell. No one else can put me there. I choose to live my life to please You. As I examine myself through study\, praise\, and worship\, You show me how to live the life that gives You glory…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Hebrews 7:19
DESCRIPTION:Hebrews 7:19 In its ability to reunite mankind with God\, the law did not succeed even once; that is why it was superseded by the introduction of a far superior hope\, a new order in which we are perfectly represented before God. (TMB) \nIs your relationship religious or spiritual? \nAdhering to religious practices and activities does not and cannot make you perfect before God. This is important for you to know. Why? Because you could get sidetracked on your journey to a closer walk with the Lord. \nMark 7:7-9 In vain (fruitlessly and without profit) do they worship Me\, ordering and teaching [to be obeyed] as doctrines the commandments and precepts of men. 8 You disregard and give up and ask to depart from you the commandment of God and cling to the tradition of men [keeping it carefully and faithfully]. 9 And He said to them\, You have a fine way of rejecting [thus thwarting and nullifying and doing away with] the commandment of God in order to keep your tradition (your own human regulations) (AMPC) \nIt does not matter how many songs you sing\, programs you chair\, prayers you pray\, tongues you speak in\, people you transport\, demons you cast out\, or meetings you attend. Works you do “for God” will not reconcile you to God. These activities cannot make atonement; they do not have the power to pay for your sins and cannot put away guilt. \nRomans 4:4-5 Now to a laborer\, his wages are not credited as a favor or a gift\, but as an obligation [something owed to him]. 5 But to the one who does not work [that is\, the one who does not try to earn his salvation by doing good]\, but believes and completely trusts in Him who justifies the ungodly\, his faith is credited to him as righteousness (right standing with God). (AMP) \nPlease don’t believe you can earn and/or sustain salvation by doing good works. Your good works will not restore things to the way God wanted them before man broke the Law and became a sinner. Thank God for Jesus! He is the new promise. \nColossians 2:8 See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception [pseudo-intellectual babble]\, according to the tradition [and musings] of mere men\, following the elementary principles of this world\, rather than following [the truth—the teachings of] Christ. (AMP) \nDon’t get entangled in the old way\, walk in the newness of Christ! \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather God\, I thank You for ending the need to work to have a relationship with You. Thank You for sending Jesus to die. He established my relationship through His shed blood. Thank You for not requiring me to sing a million songs or be in charge of a million programs. As if a million would be enough. Thank You most of all for the steady and quiet reminder in my spirit\, “It’s not You\, It Is Me”. The tendency to want to do things that are pleasing to men\, thinking it will please You\, has been present for as long as I can remember. I thank You for being in control. You check me when I stray off the path. I honor You. You make countless provisions for me to be transformed into Your image. I repent for every time I chose tradition instead of Your command. Thank You for never giving up on me…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:1 Peter 3:18
DESCRIPTION:1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins\, the just for the unjust\, that he might bring us to God\, being put to death in the flesh\, but quickened by the Spirit: (KJV) \nAre you living like you are in the presence of God? \nIt does not matter whether or not you think you were worth the sacrifice. It was not up to you\, and it’s done. Jesus died not only for you\, but for the entire world. Because you accepted His invitation to salvation\, He brought you to God. \nEphesians 2:17-19 The Great Preacher of peace and love came for you\, and His voice found those of you who were near and those who were far away. 18 By Him both have access to the Father in one Spirit. 19 And so you are no longer called outcasts and wanderers but citizens with God’s people\, members of God’s holy family\, and residents of His household. (TVT) \nThe benefit is not only heaven\, there is also much more. \n\nGod will never forget you\, leave you\, or abandon you.\n\nDeuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and of good courage\, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God\, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” (NKJV) \n\nThe Holy Spirit is your teacher. You have clear communication with Him.\n\n1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence (the assurance\, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan)\, He listens to and hears us. (AMPC) \n\nYou don’t fight alone.\n\nIsaiah 41:10 “Do not fear [anything]\, for I am with you; Do not be afraid\, for I am your God. I will strengthen you\, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice\, of power\, of victory\, of salvation].” (AMP) \n\nYou have the Spirit of God dwelling in you.\n\nJohn 14:17b But you know him (The Holy Spirit) intimately because he remains with you and will live inside you. (TPT\, edited) \n\nYou are a partaker of God’s Divine nature.\n\n2 Peter 1:4 By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises\, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature\, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (NKJV) \nArmed with these truths\, live like someone who has access to the Father in all you do and say. You are dead to sin and alive in Christ. It should be evident in how you live your life. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for the revelation that Jesus’ death brought me to You. While I am alive\, the only way I can be in Your presence is in the Spirit. My flesh has to be crucified. I repent for not laying aside what I think\, how I feel\, and what I have determined You should do in any situation when it is time for You to speak. My ego has no place in Your presence. My intellect should not determine how I should act. I am grateful I do not live in the days where the priest had to wear bells at the bottom of his robe in the event he came to You unworthily. I submit myself to You completely. You decide the who\, what\, when\, where\, why\, and how of my life. I come into Your presence to hear Your heart and get Your instruction and direction. Our relationship is spiritual. Thank You. This rhema word will forever change how I live my life…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Psalms 25:9
DESCRIPTION:Psalms 25:9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way. (KJV) \nAre you meek? \nWhat is it about meekness that appeals to the Father? What is meekness? \n\nIn a standard dictionary\, the definition is quiet\, gentle\, easily imposed on\, and submissive.\nIn a Bible dictionary\, you see a completely different definition. Meekness is a temper of mind not easily provoked to resentment.\n\nMeekness is not merely a natural virtue\, it is a Christian “grace”. It is one of the “fruit of the Spirit” (Gal 5:23). The translation from Hebrew/Greek to English is difficult because the Hebrew/Greek language is compact. One Hebrew/Greek word could be five or six different English words. This is important because scriptures identify meekness is an attitude or quality of heart\, not simply a character trait. \n1 Peter 3:4 But let it be [the inner beauty of] the hidden person of the heart\, with the imperishable quality and unfading charm of a meek\, gentle and peaceful spirit\, [one that is calm and self-controlled\, not overanxious\, but serene and spiritually mature] which is very precious in the sight of God. (AMP edited) \nThe meek person: \n\nWillingly accepts and submits without resistance to the will and desires of God.\nComplies with the instructions and desires of man only if they line up with God’s.\nFocusses on the wishes of God\, not on personal wants\, ideas\, and goals.\nTakes a back seat and allow God to work to achieve what is good for others.\n\nIsaiah 42:1-4 “Take a good look at my servant! I love him dearly\, for he is my chosen one. I have taken hold of him in my strength\, and I have clothed him with my Spirit. He will cause justice to spring up for the nations. 2 He will be gentle and will not quarrel with others in public. He will not exalt his own voice. 3 He would never crush a broken heart nor disregard the weak and vulnerable. He will make sure justice comes to those who are wronged. His inner being will not become faint or discouraged\, nor will his light grow dim before he establishes justice on the earth. Even the distant lands beyond the seas will hunger for his instruction.” (TPT) \nMeekness is strength under control. Blessed are the meek\, for they shall inherit the earth. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for meekness. You require me to walk in it. I repent for thinking if I was meek\, someone would trample on me and mishandle me. I don’t have to defend myself. You will defend me. You require meekness to be evidently active in my life\, in order that any other gift\, skill\, or talent You endowed me with can shine and give You glory. You knew I would need meekness in order for You to use me. You have taught me many things about being meek. Meekness is not the opposite of assertiveness. Meekness is a quality all its own. It is the fruit of the Spirit. It is not something I put on a take off; I need to let it shine through\, all day\, every day of my life. You are calling me to bring the strength You’ve given me\, willingly under submission\, to You and Your authority. You will use it as You desire. Father\, get the glory out of my life\, please. Whatever has to be done\, do it. I humble myself before You…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Colossians 3:24
DESCRIPTION:Colossians 3:24 Knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. (KJV) \nAre you royalty? \nYes. \n1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen race\, a royal priesthood\, a consecrated nation\, a [special] people for God’s own possession\, so that you may proclaim the excellencies [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (AMP) \nWith that understanding\, you may ask\, “Why can’t I have some of the reward God has promised now?” Are you sure you don’t? Jesus died and rose again. Because you accepted the truth of His life\, death and resurrection\, you are an heir and you have ruling power. \nEphesians 2:6 He raised us up with Christ the exalted One\, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm\, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ! (TPT) \nBecause You accepted the invitation to salvation and live the life Jesus died for\, you are royalty. Though you will be with the Lord in eternity\, you also get to live like the royalty you are right now. You have benefits and rewards today. \nMark 10:29-30 Jesus said\, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you\, there is no one who has given up a house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms\, for My sake and for the gospel’s sake\, 30 who will not receive a hundred times as much now in the present age—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms—along with persecutions; and in the age to come\, eternal life”. (AMP) \nHere is just a small list of your privileges as an heir. There are many more: \n\nYou are more than a conqueror. (Romans 8:37).\nYou are an overcomer. (1 John 4:4).\nYou are the head only and not the tail. (Deuteronomy 28:13).\nYou can have what you say. (Mark 11:24\, Matthew 17:20).\nYou are healed. (1 Peter 2:24).\nYou are free. (John 8:36\, Galatians 5:1).\n\nYour “right now” rewards come at a cost. Jesus paid the first part; the rest you pay through sacrifice and commitment\, if you are willing and obedient. \n2 Timothy 2:10-12a Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes\, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. 11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him\, we shall also live with him: 12 If we suffer\, we shall also reign with him: (KJV) \nIt is up to you to realize you are royalty\, along with the privileges and rewards attached. It starts with your perception of your life. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for requiring me to walk and speak like the royalty I am. I am Your child. I have authority\, privileges\, and rewards right now. I repent for not taking the time to understand what it meant to be Your heir. It is so much more than asking You run around with a mop and bucket cleaning up my mess. Thank You for revelation. Being Your child means I walk in a place where I make fewer messes. I am responsible for how I see myself and what I feel about the things happening in my life\, whether they are trials or triumphs. What I do when I face any situation\, and what I say about how the outcome of the situation\, dictate the true level of my relationship with You. Wow\, what a wake-up call for me! I want my relationship with You to be intense and extreme. I’ve been measuring it by what I see in the natural. I will no longer do that. I will measure it by my transformation. I have to see myself as being changed from glory to glory. I am Your heir and a joint heir with Christ. I will live like it…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Hebrews 4:14
DESCRIPTION:Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest\, that is passed into the heavens\, Jesus the Son of God\, let us hold fast our profession. (KJV) \nAre you standing on your profession of faith? \nHave you accepted salvation? Do you believe in the work Jesus did on the cross and in your life? Then live like it. The enemy is not just going to step aside and allow you to live a life free from his attacks. \n1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith\, lay hold on eternal life\, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. (NKJV) \nYou can go to the priest\, pastor\, religious leader\, etc. you have in your life for support. However\, always remember\, Jesus is the one you should run to. He reigns above them all. He is always available and wants you to establish a relationship with Him. He is the great High Priest. Jesus is the one who made atonement for you and for the world. He alone offered the ultimate sacrifice for sins: past\, present and future. He can help you when you are faltering. \nHebrews 4:15 For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations\, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are\, yet without [committing any] sin. (AMP) \nWho is better equipped to help you\, than the Lord? No one. When the enemy comes\, your response is to stand on the truth. You have confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord; you believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead\, and He saved you. Don’t waiver. Never let the enemy make you question this\, no matter what. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for my salvation. I thank You I confessed with my mouth Jesus is my Lord. I understand lordship means ruler. I believe in my heart on the third day You raised Him from the dead. I am saved. I repent for allowing anyone to speak over my life and that I am not saved. No one can tell me\, based on what they determine about my behavior\, I’m not saved. No one can say to me\, based on their evaluation of my life\, I’m not saved. No one can take away from me what they could not and did not give me. I stand on the truth when I’m up and I stand on the truth when I’m down. My God\, I will always profess my salvation and I give You glory…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Colossians 1:22
DESCRIPTION:Colossians 1:22 He accomplished this in dying our death in a human body; he fully represented us in order to fully present us again in blameless innocence\, face-to-face with God; with no sense of guilt\, suspicion\, regret\, or accusation; all charges against us are officially cancelled. (KJV) \nHow are you living? \nCriminal investigators round up specific suspects when they are not sure who the culprit is. They analyze the scene of the crime to get clues as to the method used to pull names from a list\, called the usual suspects. Those who have committed a similar crime before and/or who have that M.O. (modus operandi). Once a person’s name is on that list\, they can never break free of the stigma attached to them. Investigators will always know them as one of the usual suspects because of the crimes they committed in their past. It does not matter how old they get or how long ago they committed the crime. \nHere is a reason for you to celebrate. Jesus died for you. He took on your sins\, made a way for you to never sin again\, and He continually presents you before the Father. \nJude 24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling or falling into sin\, and to present you unblemished [blameless and faultless] in the presence of His glory with triumphant joy and unspeakable delight. (AMP) \nNot only can you stand in the presence of God\, you can stand\, without fault\, without blemish\, and without blame! You are no longer on the usual suspects’ list. \nPsalm 103:12 You see\, God takes all our crimes—our seemingly inexhaustible sins—and removes them. As far as east is from the west\, He removes them from us. (TVT) \nJesus canceled the charges\, and He expunged the record. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You because I don’t have to live waiting for the shoe to fall. I repent for the non-living I was doing\, waiting for my past to catch up with me and determine my future. There was no glory in that for You. You saved me and set my future. I thank You\, Father\, for placing my sins in the sea of forgetfulness. Thank You for washing me and making me whole. No matter where You take me in this life\, whatever I have done\, it is done\, and I can’t change it. What I know\, Father\, is I can celebrate because my past cannot take away what You’ve given me. Not even I can stop the plans You have for my life and going to the places You have ordained for me go. Nothing and no one can eliminate the peace You’ve given me. No matter what list I used to be on\, I have a new way of being known. I am saved\, set free and delivered! I feel Your strength and I’m thankful for Your love…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 6:7
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 6:7 With good will doing service\, as to the Lord\, and not to men. (KJV) \nAre you giving reasonable service? \nDo you measure the level and quality of your service by the environment you are in? For your job\, you might work some extra hours and not require payment. For your family\, you might give up what you want for the desire of the group. At your church\, you might take part\, and serve in some capacity\, on several ministries instead of one. \n1 Corinthians 10:31 Therefore\, whether you eat or drink\, or whatever you do\, do all to the glory of God. (NKJV) \nAlways remember\, the work you do should be as unto the Lord\, not for the praise\, not for position\, not for a promotion\, nor status. When you reflect on the work you do\, you are not the one who measures the level and quality of your service; the Lord is. \nColossians 3:23 Whatever you do [whatever your task may be]\, work from the soul [that is\, put in your very best effort]\, as [something done] for the Lord and not for men\, 24 knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you [actually] serve. (AMP) \nThe Lord is with you everywhere\, which means you are always working for (representing) Him no matter where you are. As a servant of God\, you don’t do what makes sense to you. God compels you to do what He requires. \nActs 20:22 And now\, you see\, I am going to Jerusalem\, bound by the [Holy] Spirit and obligated and compelled by the [convictions of my own] spirit\, not knowing what will befall me there. (AMPC) \nBe willing to offer all of who you are and ever hope to be\, to serve without need for payment\, to sacrifice without knowing how it will affect you\, and bring glory to the Father because you are grateful for His mercy. \nRomans 12:1 Therefore I urge you\, brothers and sisters\, by the mercies of God\, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves\, set apart] as a living sacrifice\, holy and well-pleasing to God\, which is your rational (reasonable\, logical\, intelligent) act of worship (service). (AMP\, edited) \nIf you run after God with all of your heart\, you won’t miss an opportunity to serve\, now. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, every time I serve\, I want to work as if I am serving You. I’m grateful You have shown me what it means. I should live a sold-out life all day\, every day. I repent for those times when I do not. I am to be available for You. I am to do whatever You want me to do; whenever You want me to do it; with whomever You choose for me to work with; and however You want it done. I am to be open and willing for You to exercise Your sovereignty over my very existence. I repent for those times when none of those statements were true for me. Help me live my life remembering my service to You is to give myself to You\, entirely\, all that I am and all that You have yet to manifest in my life. I wait patiently for the opportunity for me to serve…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Hebrews 10:22
DESCRIPTION:Hebrews 10:22 We are free to approach him with absolute confidence\, fully persuaded in our hearts that nothing can any longer separate us from him. We are invited to draw near now! We are thoroughly cleansed\, inside and out\, with no trace of sin’s stains on our conscience or conduct. The sprinkled blood purges our inner thought-patterns; our bodies also are bathed in clean water. (Our behavior bears witness to this.) (TMB) \nAre you frustrating the grace? \nSmall children often hold their heads down and won’t look at their parent when they have done something wrong. Sometimes they even try to hide what they have done or lie if asked about it. That is not who you are\, nor how you act as a believer. \nRomans 8:1-2 Now the decisive conclusion is this: in Christ\, every bit of condemning evidence against us is cancelled. 2 The law of the Spirit is the liberating force of life in Christ. This leaves me with no further obligation to the law of sin and death. Spirit has superseded the sin enslaved senses as the principle law of our lives. (TMB) \nWhen you sin\, you don’t have to hold your head down. There is no reason to. You cannot hide your sin from God because He sees and knows all things. Remember\, salvation allows you access to God\, even though you have sinned. You need only repent and ask for what you need. Just as the Lord passed over the Israelites because of the blood on the doorposts\, He does not see you as you see yourself. He sees you through the blood of Jesus\, pure! \nExodus 12:13 The blood shall be a sign for you on [the doorposts of] the houses where you live; when I see the blood I shall pass over you\, and no affliction shall happen to you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. (AMP) \n1 Corinthians 5:7b For indeed Christ\, our Passover\, was sacrificed for us. (NKJV) \nDon’t take advantage of God’s grace by continuing to live contrary to what you know He wants. You change how you live. \nGalatians 2:21 [Therefore\, I do not treat God’s gracious gift as something of minor importance and defeat its very purpose]; I do not set aside and invalidate and frustrate and nullify the grace (unmerited favor) of God. For if justification (righteousness\, acquittal from guilt) comes through [observing the ritual of] the Law\, then Christ (the Messiah) died groundlessly and to no purpose and in vain. [His death was then wholly superfluous.] (AMPC) \nWith freedom comes responsibility. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, thank You for covering me under the blood of Jesus. I repent for every time I treated Your grace as if I was entitled to it. Please continue to guide me and help me not to take the freedom Jesus bought for me lightly. You have taught me it dishonors You for me to sin\, and not come to You for forgiveness\, no matter what excuse I give myself not to. I hold You accountable to Your love and rest on the covering of Jesus’ blood\, even if I don’t think I am. Thank You for an enlightened revelation of my responsibility to You if I confess my love for You. You did not require me to do anything for my salvation. You willingly sent Your Son to die for me. The only thing I have to do is to be true to my love for You without hesitation. I will come boldly when I sin and repent because I do not want to grieve You…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Hebrews 12:11
DESCRIPTION:Hebrews 12:11 The process of education is not immediately appreciated; at the time it seems to be more pain than pleasure\, but it certainly yields the harvest of righteousness for the faith athlete. (TMB) \nIsn’t your education and training worth it? \nThe prima ballerina’s feet and toes bled as she learned to dance. The sculptor’s hands hurt and fingers blistered as he became more adept and increased his skills as an artist. The Olympic athlete sacrifices from early childhood and gives up what she wants to be great. \nHebrews 5:8 Although He was a Son [who had never been disobedient to the Father]\, He learned [active\, special] obedience through what He suffered. (AMP) \nJesus learned obedience through the things that He suffered\, and you will as well. You don’t want to end up like the sons of Sceva. \nActs 19:15-16 But the evil spirit retorted\, “I know and recognize and acknowledge Jesus\, and I know about Paul\, but as for you\, who are you?” 16 Then the man\, in whom was the evil spirit\, leaped on them and subdued all of them and overpowered them\, so that they ran out of that house [in terror\, stripped] naked and wounded. (AMP) \nIn order for you to accomplish the task the Father has assigned for you\, you must be effective in this war. You will go through what He deems necessary for your perfection. If the devil knows your name\, that is a by-product of the life you live. As you stay in the presence of The Father\, He will show you changes that need to be made in your life. These changes will enhance your character and your witness. He will show you qualities and character traits: \n\nYou don’t currently have.\nThat He needs to develop and mature.\nThat you need to allow Him to remove from your life.\n\nYou will go through circumstances and trials ordained to produce the result He is looking for. \n2 Peter 1:5-8 But to obtain these gifts\, you need more than faith; you must also work hard to be obedient\, and even that is not enough. For then you must learn to know God better and discover what he wants you to do. 6 Next\, learn to put aside your own desires so that you will become patient and godly\, gladly letting God have his way with you. 7 This will make possible the next step\, which is for you to enjoy other people and to like them\, and finally you will grow to love them deeply. 8 The more you go on in this way\, the more you will grow strong spiritually and become fruitful and useful to our Lord Jesus Christ. (TLB\, edited) \nInstead of looking at the trials and tribulations as something that is painful that you want to go away\, look in a mirror and see Jesus. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, please forgive me for wanting to sidestep the training You have established for my perfection. I want to stand and say\, “I have fought the good fight\, I have finished the race\, I have kept the faith”. I want a crown of righteousness. Nothing else matters. You know what You ordained for me to be before the foundation of the world. You know what it will take for me to get there. You know what I will have to endure in order for the qualities required to be produced in my life. I submit myself to You. Tie me to the altar\, and I won’t; move while You are doing the work that needs to be done in me. Thank You for choosing me. Thank You for continuing to mold and train me. Thank You for using me…\n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Corinthians 10:4
DESCRIPTION:2 Corinthians 10:4 The dynamic of our strategy is revealed in God’s ability to disengage mindsets and perceptions that have held people captive in pseudo fortresses for centuries! (TMB) \nHas God destroyed all of your strongholds? \nWhen you have on your armor\, you look at a situation from all sides. Sometimes it feels as if a person is the problem. You wonder why he or she acted that way. However\, the problem could be you. Truth demands you to separate the action from the person. It does not matter how hard you think it may be.  \nEphesians 6:12 Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings\, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage. (TPT) \nIf you don’t\, stand on the word\, realizing it is not flesh and blood at work\, hurt and unforgiveness will take you to a dark place. The enemy will use your feelings as reinforcement for your pain every time you think about what happened. Your emotions fortify and protect your feelings and create what believers call a stronghold. The stronghold has you trapped because: \n\nYou have not forgiven\, and God will not forgive you.\n\nMatthew 6:14-15 “For if you forgive men their trespasses\, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses\, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (NKJV) \n\nYou are bitter and toxic.\n\nHebrews 12:14-15 Pursue peace with all people\, and holiness\, without which no one will see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble\, and by this many become defiled. (NKJV) \n\nYou are hurting\, and you often knowingly and unknowingly hurt other people.\n\n1 Corinthians 10:32 Do not let yourselves be [hindrances by giving] an offense to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the church of God [do not lead others into sin by your mode of life]; (AMPC) \n\nYou can’t let it go\, and you can’t see what new things God is doing in your life. \n\nIsaiah 43:18-19 “Stop dwelling on the past. Don’t even remember these former things. 19 I am doing something brand new\, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert.” (TPT) \nTo your knees you go\, and you remember who you are. You don’t focus on how you “feel or felt”. You realize the soulish realm of your existence is not where you meet with the Father. Instead of allowing the enemy to build a stronghold\, allow the Lord to be your stronghold. \nPsalm 9:9-10 The Lord also will be a refuge and a high tower for the oppressed\, a refuge and a stronghold in times of trouble (high cost\, destitution\, and desperation). 10 And they who know Your name [who have experience and acquaintance with Your mercy] will lean on and confidently put their trust in You\, for You\, Lord\, have not forsaken those who seek (inquire of and for) You [on the authority of God’s Word and the right of their necessity]. (AMPC) \nYou go to El Shaddai\, the All-Sufficient God\, and get everything you need. He will give you the strength to forgive\, to let go\, and to move forward in Him. You wait in His presence for direction on your next step\, and you have peace. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, in the name of Jesus\, I have on the whole armor of God. I come to thank You for holding me in a place where I am prompted to walk in love and forgiveness. It is not enough to know I need to forgive; I must forgive. I repent for not forgiving sooner. I realize all I was doing was hurting myself and damaging my witness. Thank You for reminding me again. I don’t fight against flesh and blood. You are my strong tower. I can and should run to You. I know I can’t come to You in the flesh. I must come by the Holy Spirit. I don’t have all the pieces to the puzzle. I don’t know why anyone does what they do. Sometimes I don’t even know why I do the things I do. Why do I respond to one person one way and someone else a different way? Thank You for the assurance that You can cleanse my heart. You can set me free. You can destroy the strongholds that the past has built. I submit them to You\, and I thank You for destroying them… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 6:14
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 6:14a Stand therefore\, having your loins girt about with truth\, (KJV) \nIs your integrity obvious? \n“I’m telling the truth; I cross my heart and hope to die”. Did you say that when you were a child? Isn’t it great you don’t have to do that as an adult? You don’t have to convince a person you are not lying. It is because you have lived a life that shows you have integrity. People watch how you handle problems\, if you say when you are wrong\, if you cut corners and someone else’s expense\, etc. The Bible substantiates this premise. \nMatthew 7:20 Yes\, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit\, so you can identify people by their actions. (NLT) \nIf you are a believer\, who has on the whole armor of God\, these things should be true about you: \n\nYou speak the truth even when it might appear to be more beneficial not to. \n\n1 Peter 3:10 It is written in the psalms\, If you love life and want to live a good\, long time\, Then be careful what you say. Don’t tell lies or spread gossip or talk about improper things. (TVT) \n\nYou serve God rather than men. \n\nActs 5:29 Then Peter and the apostles replied\, “We must obey God rather than men [we have no other choice]”. (AMP) \n\nYou keep our word.  \n\nJames 5:12 Above all we must be those who never need to verify our speech as truthful by swearing by the heavens or the earth or any other oath. But instead we must be so full of integrity that our “Yes” or “No” is convincing enough and we do not stumble into hypocrisy. (TPT) \n\nYou love those around you in both word and deed.\n\n1 John 3:17-18 But whoever has this world’s goods\, and sees his brother in need\, and shuts up his heart from him\, how does the love of God abide in him? 18 My little children\, let us not love in word or in tongue\, but in deed and in truth. (NKJV) \n\nYou believe in God and therefore to follow Him in all our ways.\n\nPsalm 37:23-24The steps of a [good and righteous] man are directed and established by the Lord\, And He delights in his way [and blesses his path]. (AMP) \n\nYour life lines up with your belief and trust in God that His ways are best. \n\nProverbs 3:5-6 Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. 6 In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him\, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]. (AMP) \nThis is what your actions say about you. It shows your integrity. You don’t take it off and put it on. It is continuously a part of you.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for requiring me to live a life founded on Your word. I repent for those times I went my way. You are the Truth. I have to live a life where the truth makes me\, and those I come in contact with\, free. I thank You because I must represent You at all times\, even when doing what the world dictates would be an easy way out. I know there are no white lies\, black lies\, blue lies etc. Lies don’t have a color making them OK to tell\, they are just lies. There is no behavior that is Ok just this one time. Either it lines up with Your word or it does not. I thank You that the Holy Spirit is there to bring conviction even in my thought process\, before a lie comes out of my mouth or I make the wrong decision. There is no way for me to convince myself anything other than what glorifies You would be better. Thank You for helping me live a life free of lies\, bad choices\, and poor excuses. I live a life that gives You glory… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Luke 8:13
DESCRIPTION:Luke 8:13 They on the rock are they\, which\, when they hear\, receive the word with joy; and these have no root\, which for a while believe\, and in time of temptation fall away. (KJV) \nHow deep do your roots go? \nWhen you hear a word that truly ministers to you; it is the enemy’s job to steal it. Your job is to fight to hold on to it. You cannot allow situations in your life to make you think the word is not true\, or it is not true for you.  \nJames 1:12 If your faith remains strong\, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties\, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test with faith\, and receive the victorious crown of life promised to every lover of God! (TPT) \nYou have an arsenal of weapons available to you. Your study\, prayer\, and worship have rooted you in the word. You are not ignorant of satan’s devices\, specifically the ones he uses against you. He can’t catch you unaware unless you have not fully armed yourself.  \nJeremiah 17:7-8 “Blessed [with spiritual security] is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord And whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord. 8 For he will be [nourished] like a tree planted by the waters\, That spreads out its roots by the river; And will not fear the heat when it comes; But its leaves will be green and moist. And it will not be anxious and concerned in a year of drought Nor stop bearing fruit”. (AMP) \nArm yourself! Not for the day\, stay armed forever\, and hold on to the truth!    \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for rooting me and grounding me in Your truth. I thank You because Your word does not change based on my situation. I repent for acting as if it did. When the enemy comes to steal the word\, to whisper doubt\, and cause me to struggle; I can stand on the truth. I can cast down the imaginations the enemy tries to place in my mind. I can reject the image the devil shows me of myself based on a mistake. I am who You say I am. Thank You for Your word\, because it arms me and gives me strength. Jesus died for and provided the connection in my spirit\, allowing the word to take root and to grow in me. That same connection causes me to grow in You. I will continue to cultivate my roots as they grow stronger and sink deeper and deeper into You word… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 5:6
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 5:6 Avoid any association with those who employ hollow words to entice you; unbelief only produces a breed of people that distorts the pattern of their design as image bearers of God; this certainly does not please God. (TMB) \nWho is influencing you? \nWhen you have “friends\,” associates\, people you know and interact with who don’t know Jesus Christ\, you must be careful. As you listen to them\, make sure the “logic” of their conversation\, choices\, behavior\, and recommendations do not influence you. What union has light with darkness?  \n2 Corinthians 6:14-15 Don’t develop partnerships with those who are not followers of Jesus’ teachings. For what real connection can exist between righteousness and rebellion? How can light participate in darkness? 15 What harmony can exist between the Anointed and Satan? Do the faithful and the faithless have anything in common? (TVT) \nWhen your associations do not name the name of Christ\, they have no problem with being manipulative\, con artists\, ditch diggers\, and bone carriers. They would encourage you to be the same.  \n1 Corinthians 15:33 So stop fooling yourselves! Evil companions will corrupt good morals and character. (TPT) \nDo not be one of those “Christians” who stretch themselves to the edge and beyond if it fulfilled a wish\, got them what you wanted\, and/or got them something they convinced themselves they are “entitled” to. You should make it your practice to stay away from them.  \nAmos 3:3 Can two walk together\, except they be agreed? (KJV) \nAlways remember\, you cannot get good from doing evil. Using ungodly measures to get a good thing is not a blessing from God.  \nRomans 3:8a Is it proper for us to sin\, just so good things may come? May it never be! (TPT) \nBecause you read your word continually\, it arms you with truth. Then you are careful\, and you will not choose advice that only sounds good; you will discern if it is also spiritually detrimental to you. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I know my primary reason for associating with those who don’t love You is because I can witness to them. I repent for the times that I gave myself a pass. Thank You for putting a hedge of protection around me\, helping me not to allow negative influences to alter my path. Please continue to cover me. Please choose my friends for me. I don’t want to allow anyone who doesn’t honor You into my inner circle. Help me hide the word in my heart and I will refuse ungodly counseling that “sounds” right. I am aware manipulation\, being sneaky or being the smartest one in the room\, in order to get what I want is not Your way. Help me continue to wait on You for the blessings You’ve already ordained for me to have. Guide me and the lust of the flesh\, the lust of the eye and the pride of life won’t cause me to sin against You. Thank You for keeping me… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 6:14b
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 6:14b Righteousness covers your heart like a bulletproof breastplate. (TMB) \nDo you have on your breastplate? \nThis question is necessary because of your heart. Your feelings and emotions can take you on a ride\, only the presence of God can get you off of. \nJeremiah 17:9-10a “The heart is deceitful above all things And it is extremely sick; Who can understand it fully and know its secret motives? 10 I\, the Lord\, search and examine the mind\, I test the heart”. (AMP) \nYou are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! Salvation made you right\, not because of anything you did. You are right because of what Jesus did. It is your responsibility to put on the breastplate to guard your heart.  \nProverbs 4:23 Guard your heart above all else\, for it determines the course of your life. (NLT) \nThe heart is the soulish realm where all your desires reside\, both good and bad. You don’t have to give in to fleshly desires that lead you astray.  \nPhilippians 4:8-9 Finally\, believers\, whatever is true\, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect\, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word\, whatever is pure and wholesome\, whatever is lovely and brings peace\, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence\, if there is anything worthy of praise\, think continually on these things [center your mind on them\, and implant them in your heart]. 9 The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me\, practice these things [in daily life]\, and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you. (AMP) \nGod promises He will be with you. If you find you are spending too much time meditating on the wrong things\, you can say what David said. \nPsalm 51:10 Keep creating in me a clean heart. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires\, ready to please you. (TPT) \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for giving me what I need to guard my heart. I repent for not wearing my breastplate at all times. My emotions have ruled me\, and I know I cannot afford to live that life ever again. How I feel can affect my actions if I allow it. However\, You have taught me\, my feelings cannot govern my response to the situations in my life. What does the Lord require? What does the Lord desire? What would bring the Lord glory? I must ask myself these questions before I act. It does not matter what I feel. What I know by the spirit\, though it is not always easy\, is what will bring me life… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Revelation 3:10
DESCRIPTION:Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience\, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation\, which shall come upon all the world\, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (KJV) \nAre you ready for the test? \nIn school\, at the end of the semester\, quarter or year\, there is a final. The teacher gives the test to see if you will pass the course\, qualify for the next semester/quarter\, or promote to the next year of education. A lot of times\, the teacher gives a study guide; the students know exactly what was going to be on the test. If you studied for it\, you were fine\, and you knew you would pass.  \nThis is how it is with your walk with the Lord. A time of testing is coming. Not just a personal test for you\, one the entire world will take. You don’t have to be afraid. God gave you a study guide and told you to use it. The Bible is the study guide the Lord gave you. \n2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction\, for conviction [of sin]\, for correction [of error and restoration to obedience]\, for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will\, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]. (AMP) \nHe also armed you with His promise.  \n2 Peter 2:9 If the Lord Yahweh rescued Lot\, he knows how to continually rescue the godly from their trials and to reserve the ungodly for punishment on the day of judgment. (TPT) \nIn the time of testing\, when others are falling away or yielding to temptation\, The Father will keep you. You have secured the study guide and His promise because of your salvation. Now\, you don’t worry about the test and if you will pass when He returns. You can wait actively doing the will of the Father and with expectancy because you are using the study guide to live a life that pleases God.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for teaching me\, through Your word\, how to be prepared for Your return and how to wait. I repent for not living my life\, every day\, as if today is the day Jesus will return. Please help me. The wait produces hope because it gives me one more day to align my life with Your word. I have Your promise that You will keep me when others are falling away and when everyone else is giving up. I am armed with Your word and I study it daily to keep me from deciding I will live my life anyway I want to. You keep me now and I know You will keep me until then. I stand on Your promise and I wait with hope… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

DESCRIPTION:Romans 5:2 Because of our faith\, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand\, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory. (NLT) \nAre you sharing your joy? \nBecause you understand your faith in Jesus gives you grace; you are powerful. Grace is not only unmerited favor\, it is also God’s supernatural empowerment. He called you\, anointed you\, and equipped you.  \n1 Corinthians 15:10 Today I am who I am because of God’s grace\, and I have made sure that the grace He offered me has not been wasted. I have worked harder\, longer\, and smarter than all the rest; but I realize it is not me—it is God’s grace with me that has made the difference. (TVT) \nTherefore\, you can do what God ordained for you to do.  \nPhilippians 4:12-13 I know how to get along and live humbly [in difficult times]\, and I also know how to enjoy abundance and live in prosperity. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret [of facing life]\, whether well-fed or going hungry\, whether having an abundance or being in need. 13 I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength (gives me grace) and confident peace.] (AMP\, edited) \nDoesn’t this truth fill you with joy? It should and you should want to tell someone about it. \nPsalm 34:3\,8 Join me\, everyone! Let’s praise the Lord together. Let’s make him famous! Let’s make his name glorious to all. 8 Drink deeply of the pleasures of this God. Experience for yourself the joyous mercies he gives to all who turn to hide themselves in him. (TPT) \n“Joy is not an occasional happy feeling; we are positioned there\, in an immovable\, unthreatened union!” (Francois Du Toit\, author of the Mirror Bible) \nThe joy you feel\, because of God’s grace\, never goes away. It fuels your hope and strengthens your resolve as you wait for Christ’s return. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I have joy unspeakable and full of glory. I thank You for it. Each day that I live\, You give me joy I don’t deserve. Your joy preserves me and sustains me in the time of trial and testing. It brings me excitement as I anticipate the return of Jesus. Just like Your comfort and Your peace\, Your joy is always there. Sometimes I allow the difficult circumstances in my life to overshadow my joy and I repent. It just lets me know I need to talk about You more. Talking about You and Your goodness brings me into Your presence. Being in Your presence brings me back to the center of my joy\, and that is You. I thank You… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 6:15
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 6:15 You wear your eagerness and passion to communicate the good news like soldier’s shoes. Announce peace; the battle has already been fought and won! (TMB) \nDo you have on your “gospel shoes”? \nDon’t you just love shoes? I certainly do! You can’t count all the many kinds and styles\, work shoes\, play shoes\, casual shoes\, dress shoes\, etc. There are shoes for every activity\, every sport and even different shoes to play the same sport. As a soldier in the army of God\, you have on “gospel shoes” and they make your feet beautiful. \nHabakkuk 3:19 The Lord God is my strength [my source of courage\, my invincible army]; He has made my feet [steady and sure] like hinds’ feet And makes me walk [forward with spiritual confidence] on my high places [of challenge and responsibility] (AMP) \nRomans 10:15 And how can men [be expected to] preach unless they are sent? As it is written\, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings! [How welcome is the coming of those who preach the good news of His good things!]  \nThese shoes compel you to bring the good news. These shoes part the way for peace.  \nIsaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings\, who publishes peace\, who brings good tidings of good\, who publishes salvation\, who says to Zion\, Your God reigns! (AMPC) \nThe shoes never wear out\, and they always fit. In these shoes\, the answer to every problem is always Jesus.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for my “gospel shoes”. You know I love shoes. There is no pair of shoes I love more than these. They make my feet beautiful. They allow me to bring You into everyplace I go. I repent for the days and the times when I felt like they didn’t fit\, or didn’t go with my outfit. To be honest with You\, they probably didn’t go with my outfit. I have learned that I needed to change my clothes\, not Your shoes. I can tell everyone You are the answer\, no matter where I am or what the situation is. These shoes can be whatever color I need them to be. They can be whatever style I need them to be. They always match my outfit. I thank You. It’s good to be reminded my job is to tell the world they can have peace because Jesus is the answer… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:    \n

SUMMARY:Ephesians 5:16
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 5:16 Wisdom converts time into opportunity and frees your day from slog. (TMB) \nAre you giving a tithe of your time? \nIn the workforce\, time management and the ability to multitask are critical qualities for success. The Bible is clear about how you should spend your time as well. \nProverbs 16:27 Idle hands are the devils workshop (KJV)  \nEphesians 5:16 Making the very most of your time [on earth\, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence]\, because the days are [filled with] evil. (AMP) \nTime is available for you to do what you want with it. You can live like you have plenty of time to invest in your relationship with God\, and you do the “fun things” now. You can also choose to live your life as if you don’t know when Jesus is going to return (in point of fact you don’t).  \nJames 4:13-15 Come now [and pay attention to this]\, you who say\, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city\, and spend a year there and carry on our business and make a profit.” 14 Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen in your life tomorrow. [What is secure in your life?] You are merely a vapor [like a puff of smoke or a wisp of steam from a cooking pot] that is visible for a little while and then vanishes [into thin air]. 15 Instead you ought to say\, “If the Lord wills\, we will live and we will do this or that.” (AMP) \nEvery second is a precious opportunity to press into God. Your tithe is a 10th\, 2.4 hours per day. Are you robbing God? \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, in the name of Jesus\, I thank You for the opportunity to live my life giving You glory. I know I don’t know when Jesus is going to return. I repent for acting like I do. You give me time and allow me to do whatever I want to do with it. I can spend my time doing a lot of things I believe would benefit me in the natural. I can also spend my time doing fun things. I choose to spend my time giving You what is due You. The legalistic amount of time I should give You is 2.4 hours in a day. You are worth much more than 10%. The end of the tithe is the beginning of the sacrifice. I want to live my life in the sacrifice and offering portion of time. I don’t want to just give what I should give; I desire to give out of the abundance and overflow. You give me out of Your abundance. You are my God and I love You… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Acts 14:3
DESCRIPTION:Acts 14:3 But the apostles stayed there a long time\, preaching boldly about the grace of the Lord. And the Lord proved their message was true by giving them power to do miraculous signs and wonders. (NLT)  \nWhat do you believe? \nThere are consequences when you put on the whole armor of God as a lifestyle. God will bless you and you will glorify Him with your life.  \nMatthew 5:16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence\, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven. (AMP) \nWhat good works\, you say?  \nMark 16:17-18 “These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons\, they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up serpents\, and if they drink anything deadly\, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick\, and they will get well.” (AMP) \nThis is a promise to those who believe. If you believe\, you can make these statements. (All the scripture references are from the New King James Version). \n\nI hear God’s voice. \n\nRomans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing\, and hearing by the word of God.  \n\nI have spiritual intimacy and divine glory with God. \n\nJohn 17:22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them\, that they may be one just as We are one.  \n\nI have a healed heart.\n\nEzekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.  \n\nI am adorned with Christ’s righteousness.\n\n2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us\, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.  \n\nI have power over sin.\n\n1 Peter 2:24 Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree\, that we\, having died to sins\, might live for righteousness — by whose stripes you were healed.  \n\nI have the Holy Spirit.\n\nGalatians 3:13-14 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law\, having become a curse for us (for it is written\, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”)\, 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus\, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.  \n\nI have hope.\n\nColossians 1:27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you\, the hope of glory.  \n\nI have peace.\n\nPhilippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing\, but in everything by prayer and supplication\, with thanksgiving\, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God\, which surpasses all understanding\, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  \n\nI have eternal life.\n\nRomans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death\, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.  \nHow you wear your armor is a testament to what you truly believe.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I believe You. I repent for acting like I don’t. I repent for allowing the enemy to influence what I see and how I respond. Because of Your power at work within me\, I can be victorious in every situation\, no matter how difficult it seems. I am an overcomer. Your promises are available to me because I believe You and I have power and authority. Your power\, lives in me. It is available to me whenever I want to access it. Not just what I say\, it is what I believe. Not just what I think\, it is what I believe. Not even what I can prove\, it is what I believe. Thank You for the authority over the enemy because of my belief. I will be the one You can work miracles through. I will no longer allow unbelief to stop me. I walk in Your authority because I believe You… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Thessalonians 3:8
DESCRIPTION:1 Thessalonians 3:8 Your strong standing in the Lord gives us such zest for life. (TMB) \nIs your excitement for your life in Christ evident?  \nWhen you talk about your salvation experience\, do you get excited all over again? Is the smile on your face bigger than you can contain? Do you run to serve? Do you answer questions before a person can ask them? Do you give your testimony ever chance you get? The Psalmist had one way of sharing it. \nPsalm 34: 1-3 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof\, and be glad. 3 O magnify the Lord with me\, and let us exalt his name together. (KJV) \nWe also used to sing a song in church. Here are the lyrics: \nWhen I think of His goodness\, and what He’s done for me. When I think of His goodness\, and how He set me free\, I can dance\, dance\, dance\, dance\, dance\, dance\, dance\, all night long. We would exchange the word dance for praise\, sing\, shout\, spin\, etc.   \nThinking of who God is and what He has done should cause an abundance of joyous emotions to overflow. You should celebrate and have an enthusiasm for your life in Christ.  \n1 Peter 1:8 You love him passionately although you have not seen him\, but through believing in him you are saturated with an ecstatic joy\, indescribably sublime and immersed in glory. (TPT) \nYour excitement should show in how you live your life and be encouragement believers and non-believers alike. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, when I think about Your mercy\, Your goodness\, Your blessings\, and Your favor towards me; I am overwhelmed and excited. I want the excitement I feel to be like the clothes I wear. Please forgive me for showing my excitement sometime\, when I should show it all the time. I want to show Your glory when people see me; when they talk to me; and when they watch how I deal with situations. I want Your love to shine through me as evidence and acknowledgment of Your existence in this world and in my life. I want to show my gratitude\, in the way I live\, for all You have done\, all that You are doing and all You will do. My appreciation comes from the things I know about You and what You’ve done for me. I could fill a library with the things You have done for me\, I know nothing about; You know\, and I am grateful for those as well. You designed and ordained my life. I want to live every day like a student waiting for graduation: excited and grateful… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Ephesians 6:16
DESCRIPTION:Ephesians 6:16 It is most important to engage your faith as a man-size shield that covers your whole person and empowers you to extinguish the flame in every arrow of contradiction that you might face. The only visible part of you is your faith! (TMB) \nDo you have faith?  \nFaith is what you hope for when you think about what the Lord has promised for your eternity.  \nHebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for\, the evidence of things not seen. (NKJV) \nYou don’t have to hope for houses\, cars\, money\, etc. The Father has promised them if you seek the kingdom first.  \nMatthew 6:31\, 33 Therefore do not worry or be anxious (perpetually uneasy\, distracted)\, saying\, ‘What are we going to eat?’ or ‘What are we going to drink?’ or ‘What are we going to wear?’ 33 But first and most importantly seek (aim at\, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God]\, and all these things will be given to you also. (AMP) \nYour faith is the assurance of things you can’t and don’t see. It is the protection you have against the enemy when he throws fiery darts. Your faith assures you the trials of life are just temporary\, no matter how devastating they may be. There is a song by that provides words you can say when you are in a time of testing and trying.  \n“Wind stop blowing; Flood stop flowing; Lightening stop flashing; Breakers stop dashing; Darkness go away; Clouds move away. That’s what I told the storm.”  \nIt is vital to speak to your situation in faith. However\, you must firmly plant your faith in God. Otherwise\, you will not command authority and your words will not have power. \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, when I was younger\, I wanted to understand what it meant to have faith. My Sunday school teacher gave me “the chair example”. Faith was sitting in a chair without checking to see if it would hold me or if it was broken. That was the simplest explanation\, and it has stuck with me from that day to this one. I repent for moving from that explanation and acting as if my faith is in what I can see or what I can do. My faith is in You. You are the Almighty God. You are Alpha and Omega. There is no reason not to have faith in You. I don’t have to test it or wait for You to answer a prayer before I get excited. If You said it\, that settles it for me. I can endure and be victorious over whatever comes my way because I know You love me\, and I have faith in You… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:

SUMMARY:Malachi 3:2
DESCRIPTION:Malachi 3:2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner’s fire\, and like fullers’ soap. (KJV) \nAre you counted as one who will abide? \nMost people understand what the refiner’s fire is and how it works. What about the fuller’s soap? A fuller’s job was to cleanse and make the cloth white. They removed dirt and oils from wool in order to make it pure white. The process the fuller used was first to soak the cloth in a soap that contained alkaline substances such as sodium carbonate or potassium (acids). Then\, with the cloth soaking in soap and water\, the fullers beat or stamped it to remove the impurities.  \nYou are being refined like oil and cleaned like cloth with every trial and test.  \nPsalm 66:10-12 O Lord\, we have passed through your fire; like precious metal made pure\, you’ve proved us\, perfected us\, and made us holy. 11 You’ve captured us\, ensnared us in your net. Then\, like prisoners\, you placed chains around our necks. 12 You’ve allowed our enemies to prevail against us. We’ve passed through fire and flood\, yet in the end you always bring us out better than we were before\, saturated with your goodness. (TPT) \nOne trial you will face continually is knowing who to believe. The Bible says:   \nMatthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs\, and false prophets\, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that\, if it were possible\, they shall deceive the very elect. (KJV) \nIf it were possible. That is an important phrase. How do you make sure the enemy will not deceive you? You are being refined in the fire. You spend in the presence of God\, and He will burn all the impurities out of you. You are being cleansed like the fuller cleans\, washed by the word\, and transformed from glory to glory. Your past is in the sea of forgetfulness and your instructions are\, “Go\, and sin no more”. How will you maintain your relationship with the Father and abide? You have been learning since you became a Christian and certainly in each day of this devotional\, from January until today. You must spend dedicated time in study\, in prayer and in sincere worship. You can’t forget who God is\, just because of what you see and/or experience. You walk by faith and not by sight. You must believe whether you rise first\, or you are caught up (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)\, you have God’s provision for you. From today until Jesus comes\, be steadfast. You are the church Jesus is coming back for. Be the one who abides until the end. \nAccept and act a lifestyle according to the Beatitudes (Matthew 5).\nBuild a treasure chest of God’s promises by memorizing one or more scriptures a week.\nInto the Bible. Take time alone in morning and evening.\nDaily walking and talking with Him.\nEeating and drinking according to first Corinthians 10:31…whatever you do\, do all to the Glory of God.   \nDoreice Denson 7/20/21 \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I thank You for the refiner’s fire and the fuller’s soap. As I remain in Your presence\, You are burning off everything that does not look like You in my life. You are cleaning me up every day. I thank You for deliverance. You continue to wash me. You are getting me ready because of how much You love me. I am grateful You’re not leaving it up to me to get myself ready. I repent for allowing the situations and circumstances in my life to hold me down. I know You require me to let go of anything not like You and anyone who stands between me and You. You care more about me than I will ever know; You keep me from falling. Because You love me as much as You do\, You chastise me\, and You correct me. I will abide in You\, and Your word will abide in me and hold me. When Jesus comes back\, I will be without spot or wrinkle. I am the church You are coming for. I bless Your name… \n  \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:    \n

SUMMARY:Colossians 4:12
DESCRIPTION:Colossians 4:12 Epahras\, who is also fruit of your ministry\, salutes you. What a diligent worker of Christ he is\, always laboring on your behalf with great intensity in his prayers. His desire for you is to stand strong in the full accomplishment of Christ and to be fully persuaded in God’s purpose for your lives. (TMB) \nWhat does your work evaluation say?  \nWhen you are working\, your employer designates times when you get evaluated. When you apply for a job\, you often need a letter of reference. Evaluations happen\, via tests\, surveys\, observations etc.\, all throughout your life. As a Christian\, you are constantly being evaluated by other believers and by non-believers. The Father evaluates you as well. \nYour basic and most important duty as a believer is to represent God on earth\, and men will want to be saved. You have to fulfill His set qualifications in order to be an effective ambassador/representative. Here is a short position description. The ambassador/representative of the Lord Almighty must:  \n\nHave a disciplined life. (Romans 12:1-2)\nStudy the Bible regularly\, and you will not only speak the word\, you will live it. (2 Timothy 2:15)\nPray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)\nCommit yourself to the body of Christ. (1 Thessalonians 3:12)\nDeal with everyone in a way that glorifies God. (John 13:35)\nHelp others learn who God is. (Hebrews 13:16)\nLive an upright moral life. (Galatians 5:19-21)\nHonor order and do God’s will. (1 Corinthians 14:33)\nAny other duties as assigned. (You can find all other duties in the 66 books of the Bible.) \n\nIf you got an evaluation or letter of recommendation\, what would it say? Ask Him. \nPsalm 26:1-2 Judge me\, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. 2 Examine me\, O Lord\, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. (KJV) \nIf you don’t like His response\, change how you are living. People\, who speak about you to others or mention you in their prayers\, should talk about at least one of those qualities.  \nPlease agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response: \nFather\, I seek to live my life as a stellar representative of You on the earth. I repent for thinking it was enough to wear the decorative pins and put banners in my car window saying\, “What Would Jesus Do”. I want people to look at my life and say\, “I see what Jesus would do”. I want my light to shine brightly in order that men\, women\, boys and girls will see my works and glorify You\, Who orders my steps. I’m reminded of the passage when Jesus said\, “Whom do men say that I am?” If I asked that question about me\, my prayer is the world would recognize Christ in me… \n \nAsk the lord what he wants to say to you about today’s devotional and journal it here:
