Ephesians 1:3 Let’s celebrate God! He lavished every blessing heaven has upon us in Christ! (TMB)

Are you taking the time to celebrate?

When you think about problems you face, are there times when you feel the devil has won? Could it be the reason you feel “defeat” in warfare is because you forgot to give God praise? God has already given you every blessing you could ever want, think about, or need. All you need to do is celebrate, praise, and worship. 

Psalm 34:1-4 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. (KJV)

Do you understand that your war clothes are your garments of praise (Isaiah 61:3)? You are doing battle every time you celebrate the lord. 

When you acknowledge Him, you are celebrating His wisdom and honoring His plan.

 Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make.6 Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. (TPT)

When you tell others about Him, you are celebrating Who He is and What He has done for you.

Mark 16:15 And he said to them, “As you go into all the world, preach openly the wonderful news of the gospel to the entire human race! (TPT)

When you study His word and apply it to your life, you are celebrating Him.

 2 Timothy 2:15 Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth. (AMP)

One of the greatest ways you can celebrate the Lord is to show gratitude. 

 Psalm 95:2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise! (AMPC)

When things are not going well, you celebrate the Lord by remembering what He has done for you.

 Psalm 126:3 The Lord has done great things for us! We are glad! (AMPC)

Visualize Heaven. Think about what His Son has prepared for us. This is indeed a cause to celebrate! In the midst of your praise and your worship, the problem doesn’t go away; you gain a new perspective. It doesn’t seem to be as great as it was. You can shout hallelujah for the victory because you know God has already worked it out!

Please agree with me as I pray. Then ask the Lord what your prayer should be and wait for His response:

Father God, You are awesome! You are worthy of all praise. You are the great I AM. You are Jehovah Shammah. Before I got here, You were in this place. You knew what I would experience. You kept me. I repent for not celebrating You no matter what is going on. I need to celebrate because You continue to keep me. All I need to do is give You praise and the atmosphere changes. I cannot thank You enough. I cannot worship You for too long. I cannot meditate on all You are and all You have done without weeping. God, I give You honor; I give You glory; and I give You praise. I thank You!…
