In the military, after boot camp and advanced individual training, the soldier starts to understand whether he/she has a greater aptitude in one area over another. Each branch of the Armed Forces has its own method for distinguishing training, skill sets and career paths for its members. That is true in the army of the Lord.

The month of April is the third month of preparation for war and training by the Holy Spirit. At this point, you have some understanding of what spiritual warfare is. You have gone through boot camp and have been in a month of advanced individual training. God has been fine tuning the skills you learned. He is continuing to give you instruction and make you more aware of how the enemy works against you.  

For the month of April, you will see the attacks of the enemy clearer. You will also identify how and why he is attacking you the way he is. He is after your gift. He does not want you to use it for the purpose God gave it to you. In April, you will also see how which of God’s spiritual gifts He has given you. That is the reason we have different titles, assignments, and positions in the body. He will teach you how your assigned gift works and supports His call on your life. He will continue to give you training, develop your skills, and identify how your experiences will make you victorious in battle. Are you watching the plant in the picture?
